Pregnancy massage
During a pregnancy massage you can be massaged in different ways. I have a special massage table for pregnant women. Do you like to lie on your stomach? Then this is a good option for you. This table has recesses for your stomach and breasts. This allows you to lie on your stomach.
I can also massage you on a mat on the floor (like I give Thai yoga massage) in this way you can lie however you want. and especially on your side.
The massage is a soft loving treatment, during which I will pay a lot of attention to your feet and legs. We will also discuss in advance what your wishes are and what the possibilities are.
You can receive this massage from the time you are 12 weeks pregnant.
Contraindications for virtually all massages are:
Infectious diseases, severe colds, flu and sore throat.
Diseases involving increased metabolism.
Contagious skin conditions.
Poor general health.
If you have specific wishes, you can always indicate this beforehand but also during the massage.
Possible additions to this massage are:
Magnesium oil during the treatment.
